Custom Order Process
- Use the contact button at the top of the page to send a message to the design team.
- If you would like a TheMahoganyBox creation redesigned uniquely for you or a loved one, please describe the item and where you saw it (website, Facebook page, store, etc).
- Give details on what you would like to see in the design. For instance, color, charm-type, length or other details.
- Be sure to include a phone number and best time to contact you to review your request.
- A 50% deposit is required before all custom work will begin. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
